I created this food blog as a part of my fitness and food discovery journey aiming to eat as clean and healthy as possible whilst spending the least amount of time in the kitchen.

This collection of recipes are perfect for weekly meal preps or quick turn around meals that need to be cooked in a hurry.

The majority of the recipes should all be under 30 minutes of prep and cooking time with a couple that just takes a long time as they need to be slow cooked or poached for a few hours.
